Commissioned by the National Centre for Infectious Diseases (NCID), we were tasked to design the brand identity and event collaterals for the inaugural Singapore HIV Congress 2019. This congress brings together the medical, scientific and academic fraternity to discuss and provide updates on the state of the art in HIV medicine and related fields.
The circle is a representation of the roundtable gathering of the most influential people in the HIV field, whose actions are pivotal to ending HIV in Singapore. It also represents a cell – the very basic unit of life.
But there is a gap of misunderstanding (of the disease) in our society today. The community of professionals in this field hold the key to bridging the gap in the circle.
This identity sends a hope-filled message in its honest representation of the spirit of this congress – for its inaugural year, and in the many years to come.
A series of light-hearted illustrations were also created for application across the conference collaterals.
